Easy Cake Mix Cookies

1 box of cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Directions:
Mix together, roll into 1 inch balls of dough Bake for 8 to 10
minutes at 350 Optional: roll dough in powdered sugar before
baking; mix crushed candy bars such as Butterfingers into dough.
Cool Whip Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients:
any flavor cake mix
1 egg
2 cups cool whip
chopped nuts, optional
baking chips, any flavor
powdered sugar
Directions:
Mix cake mix, egg and cool whip together. Stir in chips and nuts.
let chill 20 minutes. Roll dough into balls and then roll balls in
powdered sugar. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for
8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Chocolate Chip Cookies from Cake Mix
Ingredients:
yellow cake mix
1/2 Cup butter, melted or vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 Cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cake mix, butter and eggs
until batter is smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. With a cookie or
muffin scoop, scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until
edges or starting to crisp.
Brownie Cookies using a Brownie Mix
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup flour
brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 Cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together brownie mix, oil, flour,
water and eggs until batter is smooth. With a cookie or muffin
scoop, scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges or
starting to crisp.
Chocolate Blossoms. Use a devil food cake mix using any
of the above recipes. Add a chocolate kiss on top of each cookie
as soon as they come out of the oven.
Sugar cookies. Use a white cake mix add in 1 teaspoon
lemon extract. Sprinkle flour on a clean counter and roll out
sugar cookies with cookie cutters. Bake and frost.
Peanut Butter Cookies. Use a yellow cake mix and add
in 1 Cup peanut butter in place of the oil in the recipes above.
Roll dough into a ball and place on a cookie sheet. Flatten with
the fork in a crisscross pattern.
Sandwich cookies. Create one of the cake mix cookies
above and add frosting between two cookies for a sandwich
cookie.
Spice cake with raisins. Use any of the recipes above,
and add raisins and nuts to a spice cake mix.
Chocolate cake with peanut butter chips. Use any of the
recipes above, and add peanut butter chips to a chocolate cake
mix.
Cherry cake with cherry chips. Use any of the recipes
above, and add cherry chips to a cherry or strawberry cake mix.
Lemon mix with coconut. Use any of the recipes above,
and add shredded coconut to a lemon cake mix.
Candy Cookies. Use any of the recipes above, and add
chopped candy bars to any cake mix.
Birthday Cake Mix Cookies. Using the recipes above, add
birthday sprinkles to a funfetti cake mix. Frost tops once
cooled and add more sprinkles.
