Easy Cake Mix Cookies

• 1 box of cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Mix together, roll into 1 inch balls of dough Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 Optional: roll dough in powdered sugar before baking; mix crushed candy bars such as Butterfingers into dough.

Cool Whip Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients:

• any flavor cake mix
• 1 egg
• 2 cups cool whip
• chopped nuts, optional
• baking chips, any flavor
• powdered sugar

Directions:
Mix cake mix, egg and cool whip together. Stir in chips and nuts. let chill 20 minutes. Roll dough into balls and then roll balls in powdered sugar. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Chocolate Chip Cookies from Cake Mix

Ingredients:

• yellow cake mix
• 1/2 Cup butter, melted or vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 Cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cake mix, butter and eggs until batter is smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. With a cookie or muffin scoop, scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges or starting to crisp.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Cup flour
• brownie mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
• 2 Tablespoons water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together brownie mix, oil, flour, water and eggs until batter is smooth. With a cookie or muffin scoop, scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges or starting to crisp.
