Maple Frosting

Maple Frosting


  • 3 Cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 Cup butter, softened at room temperature
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • 1/3 Cup maple syrup or 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • pinch of salt

In mixer, blend powdered sugar and butter together. Add milk, syrup and salt. Blend until smooth. If using maple extract you may need to add a few more tablespoons of milk to get the right consistency.

Try maple frosting on cupcakes, homemade doughnuts, cakes.
