Easy Recipe for Stromboli
It is easiest to prepare this right on a pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Roll your pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread your toppings over
the top just as you would a regular pizza, less is better.
Start at one long edge and roll jelly roll style. In a small glass
or bowl beat 1 egg white. Add a pinch of Italian seasoning and
garlic salt. Stir together and brush top of stromboli with egg

Ham and Cheese Stromboli
Top your pizza crust with sliced ham and sprinkle with shredded
cheese. Roll up and serve with spaghetti sauce.

You can use this same stromboli recipe idea and create a pizza braid
or pizza twist as we call it. Roll out your pizza dough into a
rectangle. Slice the top and bottom edges of the dough like you
would cut a fringe. Brush top with oil and sprinkle with Italian
seasoning and Parmesan cheese.

Bring your two opposite strips up and twist together. Lay strips

Chopped cooked chicken
Chopped cooked broccoli
salt and pepper
Lay your pizza dough flat or you can substitute thawed pastry dough
on a cookie sheet. Meanwhile mix together chopped broccoli and
chicken in a bowl. Stir in handful of cheese or however much you'd
like to use. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in 2-4 Tablespoons
mayonaisse. Use however much mayo you like and depending on how much
chicken and broccoli you are using. You want your mixture to be
moist. Lay chicken salad in the middle of your dough.
Slit edges on both sides. Tie up two side edges in a twist.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until dough is golden brown.
