Prep: 5 minutes | Yield:About 2 cups
Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
(cold)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Use a hand mixer or whisk to beat the cream on medium
speed.
Continue mixing until soft peaks form. The cream should be
fluffy and hold its shape.
Stop mixing as soon as the whipped cream thickens to avoid
over-whipping.
