Pound Cake Recipe

A simple pound cake recipe using a cake mix.
Ingredients:
  • yellow cake mix
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 3 oz. pkg. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
Directions:
Beat ingredients together until well mixed. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with fresh fruit.
