3 tablespoons dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons shortening
3 3/4 cups white flour
1 1/2 teaspoons basil

Fancy Chicken Dinner
For your main course serve Chicken Broccoli Roll Ups or Chicken
Cordon Bleu. Something simple but elegant looking for dinner.
Cream Puffs Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
powdered sugar, dusting the tops
In saucepan add butter, water and salt. Stir and bring to a boil.
Add flour and continue to stir. Mixture will thicken and get harder
to stir and form a ball.
Take off stove and cool slightly. Crack and add eggs one at a time,
stirring egg into dough ball before adding another egg. With a
spoon, drop on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about
30 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool. When cooled off, slice off tops and take out inside
dough of cream puff. Fill holes with whipped cream. Add the sliced
top to the top of the whip cream. Dust tops with powdered sugar.
Serve. Makes about 10-12 puffs, depending on size.
For this Princess cake tutorial I made a cake with the batter bowl and one 9 inch
round cake pan. Layer the cooled round cake pan on the bottom and
place the cake baked in the batter bowl on top. Make a small hole
in the top of your cake and insert a barbie doll.
Add piping stars
to the top of the barbie doll making a shirt. Add a layer of
frosting to coat to your layered skirt. Allow to sit 30
minutes-one hour. Frost and decorate how you'd like.
